ABOUT AMÉLIE
Coming Home to the Body
Amélie Gaulier is a Body-Mind Centering® practitioner and somatic movement therapist whose work explores how belonging, safety, and dignity are experienced in the body. Through trauma-informed movement practices, she supports people in cultivating grounded presence, clarity, and trust in the body's inherent wisdom.
Her one-to-one sessions invite individuals to deepen their awareness of sensation, conscious embodiment, and mind-body connection—opening pathways toward curiosity, compassion, creativity and intentional change. As a facilitator, she brings an emergent and relational approach that nurtures shared learning and collective care.
HER APPROACH
Listening to our Wholes Selves
Amélie’s work is grounded in listening—to the body, to sensation, to emotions, to our inner knowing, and to the wisdom that emerges through embodied practice. Her sessions offer space to slow down, reconnect, and discover new ways of relating to ourselves and the world
