SOMA SOMA NEW YORK
Inclusive spaces for embodied exploration, joyful play, and intentional change.
OUR APPROACH
A space to return to what matters
SOMA SOMA offers workshops, retreats, group therapy, and one-to-one sessions rooted in somatic practice. Through movement, meditation, creative inquiry, and collective reflection, we invite people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate more compassionate relationships—with themselves, one another, and the world.
